We celebrated Austin's 3rd birthday by having a bowling party with some of our friends. He had 12 other friends to bowl with and we got to enjoy the company of the parents :) The kids had alot fun bowling and then we had cake and ice cream. Austin got alot of great gifts and he enjoyed coming home afterwards and he sat and played with each and every one of them. I still can not believe he is 3 already but he is such a great little boy. Aiden had fun helping him with hs presents and did a good job of letting the day be all about Austin!!!! Once again, I am so proud and blessed to be him mommy!!!!

Seoul Racecourse Family Park
Today we went with our friends to the Seoul Racecourse Family Park. It is a professional racecourse with a HUGE family park in the middle. This is where we had hoped to have Aiden's 5th birthday party but due to the weather we were unable to go. It turned out to be a nice day and the boys had a great time. Unfortunately most of the special things were closed today for some reason. I hope to go back and take Josh with us so we can try again and get some more pictures. They have a little pool that the kids can use paddle boats, the have bike rentals, pony rides, and of course a playground. The kids enjoyed playing on the slides and walking around. There were a few horses to pet. Hopefully the paddle boats and pony ride will be open next time we go. Below of a few of the pictures I got. It is getting harder and harder to get BOTH kids to look AND smile at the same time....uuugghhhh!!!!!

Vacation Bible School
This whole past week was VBS and Aiden loved every minute of it. Unfortunately Austin was unable to go but hopefully next year. The theme was "The Boomerang Express" and Aiden loved the idea of it all centered around a train. The very last day all the kids put on a program. Aiden did GREAT with his program and actually joined in on the singing and dancing this time. There were just under 300 kids this year and I give kuddo's to all the teachers and volunteers because it really was a great week!!!!!

Fountain Fun
Since we have been here in Korea, the boys have been begging to run through the fountains placed ALL OVER Korea. These fountains come up from the ground and they are all over the place. We happened to be walking around off base with some friends last week when we found some that are not in a really crowded/busy area so I told the boys I will bring them back sometime to play. So.....today, we went with our friends and spent the day playing. We packed a picnic lunch and spent the day letting the boys run through the water. It was pretty cold as the sun was not out but the boys did not care, they were having too much fun!!! If you look closely at the pictures, Austin always has his tongue sticking out when he would run through. He was not as sure about it as Aiden was at first but then he got into the action. I think this may be something we will have to do again :)

Happy 5th Birthday Aiden!!!
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Aiden's 5th birthday. On Saturday, we held a party at the playground and had about 15 of his friends there. We made a picnic lunch, had cake and of course presents!!!! As you will notice in the pictures, Austin was SO curious as to what was going on the whole time. He was such a sweet little boy only watching and sitting to the side while Aiden got so much attention. He is looking forward to his upcoming birthday but I just love the pictures of him watching Aiden so interested in what he was doing.
Then on Sunday, we spent the day doing whatever Aiden wanted to do. He picked donuts for his breakfast and then we spent the morning doing present's with both grandparents on the webcam. Aiden called and invited his friend Addison and her family to join us at the pool. We spent a few hours swimming, going down the waterslide and playing then he requested to go bowling. We actually had plans to only go bowling because they were calling for rain but since it turned out to be a nice day we opted for swimming during the day and bowling in the evening. This was the first time the boys bowled and they LOVED it!!!! Our friends joined us for bowling as well and then we had dinner to wrap up a VERY busy weekend. I still can not believe my "Aiden" is 5 but he is growing to be such a special little boy. I love him so much and I feel SO very lucky to be his mommy!!!!!

What to do on a HOT day??!!??
The boys and I normally head to the pool during the summer to stay cool and have fun but today we tried something different. We enjoyed the company of some friends and the boys had a blast playing in the yard. It is so nice to have such good friends here and I know Aiden loves having friend over to play. Below are pictures from the day we had. The other little boy with my kids is our friend Aiden....and yes it is kinda funny to hollar "Aiden" and watch them both say "what" :)

Camp Humphrey's Waterpark
Since Josh had a long weekend for the 4th we decided to join some friends and go to Camp Humphrey's Waterpark. We had wanted to go down last year but we just never made it. The waterpark exceeded my expectations and we will hopefully make it back down a few more times this summer. It takes us about 2 hrs to get there due to traffic but we stopped by Osan Air Base and had dinner and did some shopping on the way back home so it helped break up the trip. It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed spending some time with friends and watching the kids play. Aiden and Austin are already asking to go back!!!!
